Wheat Paratha 5 pieces
Description
Rolled and uncooked wheat paratha refers to the dough that has already been flattened into thin, round discs but has not yet been cooked. After kneading the dough and resting it, small portions of the dough are rolled into circles of about 7 inches in diameter. At this stage, the paratha is smooth and soft, with a slightly thick texture, and has a pale, doughy appearance. The paratha is ready to be cooked on a griddle or tawa, where it will turn golden and crispy.
